MAKING IT HAPPEN: THE NEXT STEPS

This file that you have just read is only a preamble; all the visuals illustrating this presentation, both on the website and in print, are only indicative and provisional and merely constitute a draft of the final project. To make the HUMANEUS Center a reality, we must of course implementa complete design of this business. To do this, we have established a development divided into three phases.

THE FIRST PHASE which consisted in imagining the specificity of the Center, its functioning and the elements that make it up in detail, is now completed. The file you are reading is the result of this preliminary work.

THE SECOND PHASE is tasked with designing the entire HUMANEUS Center, to produce the technical, architectural, and engineering plans, and to obtain a precise assessment of the cost of construction of the whole and the duration of the work*. This second phase, which will take place in three stages, is being designed and implemented in close cooperation with the host country of the HUMANEUS Center.

  • The first step of phase 2 consists to create the working team, to bring together all the professionals and experts from the different fields relevant to the implementation of the HUMANEUS Center, this being done in full collaboration with the specialists of the host country

  • The second step of phase 2 consists in producing, in collaboration with the specialists of the host country, a first model of the entire HUMANEUS Center and an adapted business plan

  • The third step of phase 2 consists of finalizing the project by adapting this model to the specifications and requirements required by the location chosen by the host country to carry out the Humaneus Center and to establish a financial and work plan useful to the completion of phase 3.

To do so, we will use our production studio to design, stage and implement the entire HUMANEUS Center in collaboration with our partners and specialists in each field. This third stage will be implemented over a period of 12 months.
The estimated time required to complete the second phase is estimated at 24 months. This complex work requires funding and that is precisely the purpose of this presentation; to implement the second phase, the proposed budget is required.

THE THIRD PHASE consists in building the HUMANEUS Center, this phase must imperatively begin as quickly as possible.
The work plan is designed to reduce the production time in such a way that the construction work of the third phase can start as soon as possible, already during the second phase, in the third stage of the latter.
The duration of the work is to be confirmed considering the complexity and final dimensions of the project, the funds allocated and several other factors that have yet to be determined depending on the choices of the host country.

For future investors, future agreements for the implementation of the project will follow the usual relevant protocol. The specific details of the conditions for investment and return on investment will have to be determined according to the profile of the different actors and stakeholders during the forthcoming negotiations.
The HUMANEUS Center’s intellectual property rights, as well as the legitimacy to discuss the content and the concrete implications of the project, are rightfully vested in Three Golden Doors Sàrl.
