HUMANEUS CENTER AND YOUTH: SilverPath & Genesis

The HUMANEUS Center pays special attention to young people. Education, the transmission of culture and traditions, preparation for adulthood through knowledge and entertainment are of the utmost importance for the HUMANEUS Center.
To do this, the LEIBNIZ Institute has developed SilverPath, a unique, complex universe, designed to accompany visitors from a young age in their visit to the HUMANEUS Center and Genesis, a framework for learning about tales and mythology.

SILVERPATH – In search of knowledge

[…] It is said that in the immense forest of the Myths, in the heart of the gloomy and dense woods, where an ancient and powerful magic reigns, a mysterious path lies, a fine and luminous trail, just a dash of light rushing through the wild bushes; the SilverPath – that is its name – leads Human into the depths of himself. SilverPath is a particular world, scripted, populated by a gallery of archetypal characters who live extraordinary adventures inspired by mythology and the knowledge offered to the public by the HUMANEUS Center.
SilverPath can be found in the Center complex, but also and above all in the various extensions of the HUMANEUS Center, like television series, feature films, animated films, books, new graphics, video games and finally derivative products. These materials are designed by students from the LEKTON school and researchers from the ATOMOS research center in collaboration with our partners and specialists from the host country. They are visualized, produced, and produced by artists and programmers from the EIDÔLON production studio, before being released to the market in the country that hosts the Center as well as internationally by partner companies of the HUMANEUS Center.

GENESIS – The world of archetypes

Developed in the Cross-Reality Zone, Genesis, this totally innovative game, adventure and teaching set is an experimentation environment entirely dedicated to young audiences. Genesis is supported by its literary, television series, anime, film, video game and merchandise franchises. Genesis is a universe, a very particular space endowed with an extraordinary interactive framework proposing a ground of discovery and learning which plunges the young visitor to the very sources of the mythology, the tales and the traditions of the country which hosts the HUMANEUS Center.
Accompanied in his visit to Genesis by the emblematic characters of SilverPath, the young visitor immerses himself in a mythological universe of great dimensions developing on three levels of the HUMANEUS Center.
These are life-size sets associated with the use of cutting-edge immersive technologies, the art of scenic illusion, holography, mechanical engineering, and the participation of actors who create useful magic the proper functioning of this exceptional setting.
Like the whole of the HUMANEUS Center, Genesis is replicated and extends digitally in the system of the Twin Centers on the Cloud and is practicable by the young public according to the standards defined by this system.

MYTHOLOGY AND HERITAGE – Essential knowledge

Understanding the mythology and the stories it conveys is, for young audiences, understanding the path strewn with pitfalls that humans take from birth to death. It is to situate oneself as an individual in relation to life and the society around us.
It is also to be able to perceive the extraordinary journey whose origin is lost in the mists of time and which inevitably leads humanity towards a future in constant change : this future that it needs constantly and more and more quickly discover, confront and apprehend.

The educational dimension of Genesis is based on the latest behavioral studies from early childhood and its ability to learn while having fun. The primary ambition that drives Genesis is defined : to make the young visitor understand his essential role in the great adventure that awaits him and, based on the discovery and initiation into the great universal mythological archetypes, to suggest him tools for reflection allowing to develop its own system of thought, positioning and development.
